Job Introduction
Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? HCRG Care Group are recruiting a Support Team Administrator as part of our Multi-disciplinary Team.

As a Support Team Administrator within the Lancashire Young People and Families Service you will work as part of a 0-19 years’ team under the direction of the Team Leader. The post holder will be expected to work in line with organisational values and behaviours delivering excellent care with compassion.

**We have a part time role available, working three days**, that can be negotiated at interview - Working hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm.

**The role will be based at our Lancaster Hub** with the added flexibility of **home working when needed**(as agreed with your line manager)

As an opportunity to meet and work with your wider colleagues in our service you will be required to occasionally travel to our Fylde & Wyre and Preston Hubs when requested.

Main Responsibilities
As a Support Team Administrator you will:

- Attend regular meetings with team leaders to schedule and coordinate support.
- Manage the collection and delivery of service consumables and order equipment for new starters.
- Support team leaders with sickness absence meetings, off-duty scheduling, and audits.
- Ensure clinical equipment servicing and maintain the asset register.
- Handle administrative tasks: sending FFTs, booking meetings, maintaining action logs, and team information.
- Utilize and update electronic systems (e.g., EMIS) and databases, resolving data issues as needed.
- Network with other support workers and assist with staff inductions, training, and School Health Needs Assessments.
- Participate in appraisals, mandatory training, and delegated tasks from team leaders.
