ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate external/internal customers are a high priority. Identify customer needs and expectations and respond to them in a timely and effective manner
Anticipate and prevent delays that can adversely affect the internal/ external customer
Establish and maintain a routine schedule to remain productive throughout the day.
Maintain office supply levels, post office and FedEx, and other office duties.
Point of Contact with Landlord and other vendors
Greet guests as they come to the office
Communicate effectively and appropriately. Use good judgement as to what to communicate to whom as well as the best way to get that accomplished
Engage with both internal and external customers by establishing trust, confidence, and making connections.
Generate and distribute weekly/monthly reports for Senior Leadership and teams.
Schedule management
Small event planning
Process deposit/loan transfer requests and construction draws
Input loan requests into nCino for the C&I/CRE team
Provide backup to RA team during PTO time
Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsAdministrative experience
GED required, college degree preferred
Office experience preferred
Ability to maintain strong organization and effective time-management to handle multiple priorities at any given time.
Focus on small details when completing tasks in a timely manner.
Listen generously to concerns or issues. Resolve customers' questions and concerns in a timely fashion.
Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
Ability to handle most problems/exceptions in an independent manner.
Software Proficiency: Microsoft Teams or equivalent, Video Conferencing, Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate in a professional manner through verbal, nonverbal, and written communication.
