We build pipelines and find immediate opportunities through our lead generation services. Our nature of work is B2B Digital Automation and Intelligent Enterprise Tech Marketing. Everything we do is online and using cloud-based software and the best of breed tools. We have a deep knowledge and expertise in all aspects of IT, including, Security, Networking, Cloud, Collaboration, Data Centre and ERP.

Our territory reach is global, focusing on EMEA and the US. Our experience is varied and includes the research of data, behaviours on how our audiences engage online, data segmentation, and constant innovation by introducing new Digital Marketing methods, tools and tactics to our clients.

Our speciality is driving net new business for high tech firms such as Cisco and SAP Globally.

CEC are based at the beautiful country estate in Box House near Bath. We offer hybrid working from home 2 days a week if needed.

**Role Overview**

This role is perfect for a creative individual who thrives on ideation, storytelling, and visual communication. As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you will focus on crafting compelling content, designing engaging campaigns, and amplifying our presence across various brands and channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with innovative posts, campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.
- Campaign Development: Work on end-to-end execution of creative marketing campaign.
- Graphic Design: Collaborate with designers or use tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing materials.
- Event Marketing: Support the planning and promotion of virtual and in-person events, webinars, and launches.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on marketing and design trends, ensuring our campaigns are fresh, innovative, and on-brand.

**Requirements**:

- Strong creative skills with a flair for storytelling and visual communication.
- Proficiency in using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a big plus.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) and creating tailored content.
- Passion for technology and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging content.
- Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing environment.
