Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a property firm based in Wiltshire to recruit an Accounts Assistant (Purchase Ledger).The business is rapidly expanding, and they are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and wants to be a key part of theirgrowing team.
Duties of the Accounts Assistant include:

- Processing invoices onto COINS finance system
- Invoice and supplier statement reconciliations
- Matching invoices against purchase orders
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
- New supplier and subcontractor setup on COINS system
- Ensure accurate accounting for VAT, subcontractor tax and CITB payments
- Processing employee expenses
- Assist with supplier payments

You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
