We have a brand-new opportunity for a Customer Services Representative (Mortgages) to join our Head Office team to provide a consistently effective, efficient and highly professional customer service to all internal and external customers, on mortgage related activities.
We are looking for positive and engaging team members to support our customers by delivering an exceptional customer experience by phone and ensuring an accurate and timely administration service. You will be able to build excellent relationships with internal and external customers and will maintain The Nottingham’s high standards of customer service.
This position is based in our Mortgage Services team but mortgage experience is not essential, we offer full training and development to support you in your new role with us.
We are an open, inclusive and flexible employer and we want you to be at your best with us. We have core hours we are available to service our customers but we have the technology for you to be able to work from home or the office (we are happy to discuss what works for you).
**The role -**
Deliver an exceptional phone-based service to our customers providing information and support on aspects relating to mortgage accounts
Support our internal and external customers with general enquiries and complaints
Ensure member profiles and accounts are accurately administered
Liaise with third parties as required to facilitate business and customer needs
Work flexibly within a cross functional team to ensure smooth delivery, communication and administration
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service, systems, procedure and policy
**Your skills -**
Experience within a customer service role, this role is primarily telephony based but face to face experience will also be considered
A good communicator who is well organised, professional and enthusiastic
You’ll be welcoming and genuinely customer focused
Good administration skills with an eye for detail
A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to the wider team
