We are recruiting for a Beauty Ambassador - Skincare to join a globally established retailer that specialises in selling iconic beauty, skincare, hair and fragrance products You will be a key team member who creates strong connections and inspires/helps customers become the best version of themselves through discovering the amazing beauty selection. **Responsibilities**: Create an amazing customer experience, by providing a welcoming environment, listening to and embracing their unique needs. Suggest and sell products and services to our clients in all areas of the store. Help customers discover the benefits of loyalty programs, promotions and special events. Ensure the store is kept tidy, and fully stocked at all times. Drive results by contributing to the store’s sales targets and overall goals. Who are you? A passion for client service and you love working with people Knowledge about what’s new and trending in beauty and skincare. Proven experience of building strong customer and team relationships. Resilience and the ability to react to situations in-the-moment and stay aware of changing store priorities as they arise. Prior experience working in retail sales or services industries.
