Brand Ambassador — Skincare Expert (K-Beauty & Natural Ingredients)
We're seeking a passionate and reliable skincare expert to represent our store and inspire confidence through the art of K-Beauty. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about trending ingredients and their benefits, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve healthy, radiant skin.
As a Skincare Brand Ambassador, you'll lead live in-store masterclasses and practical demonstrations, offering expert advice and personalised skincare consultations. You'll educate customers on ingredient-led, natural formulations, and help them create tailored at-home routines that deliver real results.
You'll also play a key role in community engagement — supporting in-store events, collaborating with the marketing team, and representing the store both online and in person.
What we're looking for:
- Expertise in skincare, with a focus on K-Beauty and natural, science-backed formulations
- Confident in delivering live demonstrations, tutorials, and customer consultations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of emerging skincare trends and ingredients
- Professional, polished appearance and approachable presence
- Fluent in English; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are a plus
- Flexible to host events and activations as needed
- Target driven
- Retail condfident

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,420.00-£29,000.00 per year

- Knowledgeable about trending skincare ingredients (e.g. niacinamide, peptides, hyaluronic acid) and their benefits
Confident explaining product functions, formulations, and results to both new and experienced customers
Experience with ingredient-led or natural skincare brands is highly desirable
