**Boots - Morphe Beauty Ambassador**

**3 month fixed term contract with opportunity to extend based on performance.**

**20 hours over 4 days, 5 hours per day, Thursday - Sunday.**

Morphe was born in 2008 among the artists and influencers in Los Angeles. Finally. A beauty brand created for the creators. For the dreamers. For those looking for killer makeup without killing their wallet. A place where our team can let their passion and creativity for beauty fly high.

As a Morphe beauty ambassador, you will work alongside the Boots Beauty team to introduce and sell the brand to customers. We’re looking for someone who has a drive to achieve goals and targets, whilst also being responsible for ensuring all brand guidelines and stock levels are accurate. Cosmetic artistry experience a plus, but not necessary.

Key Skills required:
Sales and Service
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge. Be a positive representative of the Morphe brand, always demonstrating professionalism and poise.
- Meets or exceeds personal sales targets by traffic stopping and building customer baskets.
- Educate, engage and excite the Boots beauty team in the store.
- Ability to multi-task and build relationships with Boots beauty advisors, department managers and Morphe head office.

Operations
- Assists in execution of visual displays, merchandising and marketing standards.
- Ensure all stock levels are accurate and shelves replenished.
- Accurately ring sales and use the POS correctly.
- Daily and weekly trade feedback. Reporting into the wholesale and retail team.

**Requirements**:

- Retail experience, previous sales experience required. Cosmetic artistry experience a plus but not necessary.
- Flexibility and the ability to handle change in a positive manner. Have and maintain flexible availability. Must have open flexibility to work during peak traffic times including evenings, weekends and holidays.

**Qualifications**
- Previous sales experience required.
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and build relationships.

- Cosmetic artistry experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to support business growth and exhibit professional behaviour.
- Have and maintain flexible availability.
- Must have open flexibility to work during peak traffic times including evenings, weekends and holidays.
