**About the role**

Mind Retail are a network of over 160 shops across England and Wales, generating a net income of around £18 million per year. We have ambitious plans to grow over the next few years and we're going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before. In this brand new People Business Partner role for Mind Retail, you'll support our Head of People in the management and delivery of projects from our ambitious People strategy. You'll work closely with our People (HR) and People Development (L&D) teams, as well as other key stakeholders to identify and realise opportunities to improve our People practice, ensuring that our people feel valued, engaged, and are able to make a positive contribution to our charity. You'll also be responsible for the line management of our central Volunteer team; overseeing and ensuring compliance across the various volunteer administrative processes.

We're looking for someone who has proven generalist experience across all aspects of people management, including but not limited to employee relations, people policies, systems, people processes, resourcing, reward & recognition and learning & development. We're also looking for someone who has experience of line management, as well as project management experience.
