**Contract length**: 9 months (initially)
**Day Rate**: up to £15 per hour
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is recruiting for a Business Administrator on behalf of a well known Renewable Energy company. This role offers a hybrid working model so 2 or 3 days in the office and 2 or 3 days at home, per week. but has offices around the UK should you prefer office time.
As the Business Administrator you will be expected to support the team with administrative tasks to facilitate the day to day running of the department.
As Business Administrator you will support the Offshore function which is a department of 150+ people, working closely with our Delegation Coordinator to ensure that our teams have all the required documentation to travel and work abroad. Being able to manage effective collaborative working relationships across geographical and cultural boundaries is essential for our success to deliver projects across the globe.
You will liaise with our team to help maintain a high utilisation level of our technicians by proactive and effective communication ensuring the planning tools are kept accurate. As part of your role, you are expected to take a joint working approach to support others with implementation of new ways of working that drive efficiency and performance within the department.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to a team of Managers, Head of department & Delegation Coordinator
Back-office support to travelling technicians
Monitoring and booking of some technical training
Maintaining of department SharePoint
Carry out additional duties as assigned
Supporting the department with improvement initiatives
Raising purchase orders, goods receipting and invoicing
Support expense approvals and travel booking
Support Global Mobility and Immigration policies and documentation
**Requirements**:
Strong organisational & communication skills
Team player who can work under own initiative
Microsoft Office proficient
Knowledge of SAP and Sharepoint advantageous
