Due to continued growth and restructure, the Head of Business has created a new position for you to help increase a professional membership base through sourcing and qualifying leads and securing appointments so the Business Development Managers can progressconversations, and actually execute the sale and secure new business.
It's a **sociable and credible** opportunity that would be enjoyable for someone who isn't shy from networking, making enquiries and asking a few initial questions.
It's **not a hard sell**, in fact all you are doing is **opening conversations and starting relationships**.
You will **feel valued** as part of the team here, **participating** in team meetings to brainstorm ideas, discuss the pipeline and feel that **you have contributed** to the successful conversions and outcomes as they come through.
The **team are a joy** to work for, the service is very professional, well known and in demand which will make conversations easier. The business is structured and has clear objectives in terms of what they want to achieve.
All activity is accurately and consistently logged in their CRM system for transparency and to benefit seamless communication throughout the team.
**The business is open to discussions around your work hours if you would like a compromise on their usual full time hours.**
This post is **office based in stunning offices near Old Hatfield** allowing you to collaborate with the team as much as possible.
