Life assurance with the option to increase cover We’re open to flexible working options – just ask What you’ll do day to day Develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for the local business clients, maximising the business potential within the area of responsibility and ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service. Prospect and develop business customers in order to achieve maximum business customer retention. Represent the company in a professional manner and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction Comply with the FCA regulations and maintain regulated status in the advice, sale and administration of finance and general insurance products. Ensure compliance with Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulations when handling and processing customer personal data Helpful skills and qualifications Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here – if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team’s success Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs Must hold a valid UK driving licence We value diversity and believe it strengthens our team.
