**What you'll be doing...**
- **Empower Employee Relations**: Assist HR Advisors in managing employee relations cases, from grievances to absence management. Your attention to detail and proactive support will ensure that our employees feel heard and supported.
- **Navigate TUPE Transfers**:Support the HR Team in navigating TUPE processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved. Your expertise will be essential in guiding us through this complex terrain.
- **Keep Things Shipshape**:Prepare, maintain, and update HR documents and employee records with meticulous attention to detail. Your commitment to accuracy and confidentiality will keep our organization running smoothly.
- **Be the Beacon of Communication**:Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to employee relations and TUPE transfers, providing timely and accurate information. Your communication skills will be instrumental in keeping our team informed and empowered.
- **Steer Meetings to Success**:Organize meetings related to employee relations and TUPE, setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Your coordination skills will ensure that our meetings are productive and efficient.
- **Embark on HR Projects**:Assist with HR projects aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction. Your creativity and initiative will help us chart new courses for success.
- **Ensure Compliance**:Ensure that all employee relations and TUPE activities comply with legal and company standards. Your commitment to compliance will safeguard our organization and our employees.
