We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Secretary to join a large public sector organisation in the heart of Birmingham to provide Secretary support to 4 Senior members of staff. This position will suit a dynamic individual with some previousexperience of a secretary background as this is a key part of the role.
Duties and responsibilities as a secretary will include:
- Diary Management for 4 senior members of staff
- Room bookings
- Preparing paperwork for meetings and minute taking
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Cover annual leave of other secretaries
- Note taking
- Management of correspondence
To be successful as Secretary you will have:
- Previous Secretary experience
- Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Experienced in diary management and minute taking
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
