**SaaS Operations Support, e-Commerce**
**Location: Berkshire, Hybrid 2 days in office 3 days working from home**
**Salary: £25K-£28K basic plus up to 3K bonus**
**URGENT INTERVIEWING NOW**
You will be training on their software and systems to be responsible for the operational support tasks to ensure their customer accounts work in a manner which meets their objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the maintenance tasks associated with e-commerce
- Scheduling tasks to support maintenance tasks & resources
- Liaise with leads from other departments to ensure maintenance queries are resolved.
- Assist with maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Action small change requests that you can cover
- Produce timescale plans in with resourcing managers and other key stakeholders.
- Recommend and introduce process improvements.
**Ideal Profile**
- 1+ years of experience in an Software or eCommerce support role.
- Self-motivated, accountable and committed with good decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisation, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
- High degree of proficiency in Excel and keen to learn more.
- Fluent English and a 2nd European or Asian language could be useful
- British Citizen or ILR Visa status
Pay: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
