Onboarding Coordinator

We are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to help support the onboarding of the new City Relay properties.
- Manage the onboarding processes of our portfolio of properties, from initial property check, actioning minor renovations, coordinating onboarding cleans & photoshoots until each property is guest ready.
- Liaise with our Onboarding agents, Operations, Housekeeping, and Distribution teams to ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly.
- Own and manage customer relationships from the contract signing stage helping the customer define their needs and manage their timeline.
- Deliver ongoing prompt, thorough and positive communication in addition to facilitating an exceptional on-boarding experience
- Track the progress of the onboarding processes, providing timely status updates to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Create repeatable processes and procedures to use when onboarding customers.
- Create Guest House Manuals for each property onboarded and communicate with the Guest team to refine the contents.
- Share feedback and improve processes working closely with the Tech team.
- Record hosts’ records in the CRM system while ensuring data accuracy.
- Successfully transfer your customer relationships to an Account Manager once the property is live.
- Cover for the Property Account manager during period of absence.
- Take ownership of the keys for the portfolio of properties, keeping inventory & ensuring they are scanned when changing hands in order to track their whereabouts at any given time.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
