You’ll be great at building relationships, both internally and externally and be someone who really wants to get things done Being proactive and being able to work with other teams to get the right results is at the absolute heart of this job, and it shouldbe at the heart of what you want to do in your career. You’ll need to have experience in B2B internal account management, and while ideally that will have been in manufacturing, we’re more interested in you being customer and solution focussed than the industryyou’ve worked in.
This job is about working with our customers to ensure they have a great experience of working with us, as well as looking for the opportunities to grow our business with them. You’re going to be part of developing and building a customer services organisationthat will be vital to us as we keep growing, and it will give you plenty of chances to grow and learn with us. Working in the heart of the production environment you will have the confidence and ability to challenge in a professional manner, whilst focusingon getting things done and being the voice of the customer.
