**Job description - Enrolment Advisor**
We are looking for an experienced, motivated telesales, or customer service professional to join our award winning online tutoring business.
The post is a full-time, office based position, working Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 6.30pm, although we can offer a degree of flexibility in this.
You won’t be based in a call centre and this is not a typical telesales role. We are not looking for traditional salespeople who rely on a top down, features and benefits pitch. Our sales process is very consultative, we don’t follow scripts; we need someone who can think independently, can ask questions and can guide a conversation. But most importantly, we need people with great listening skills.
The enrolment team is a small group and works extremely well as a close-knit team. You will receive thorough training and support and you will have ongoing mentoring and development to make sure you achieve success in the role.
There is no cold calling in this role as you will be calling families who have contacted us to find out more about our online tutoring service. The purpose of the call is to find out the families/students' needs and match our service to their requirements. You will play a key part in an exciting, fast growing business which is in huge demand at the moment.
You will be based in our office in Prudhoe, Northumberland, situated around a five-minute walk from Prudhoe train station.

**Additional Information**:
You will be based out of our office in Prudhoe, Northumberland NE42 6LP, situated in a semi-rural setting, around a five-minute walk from Prudhoe train station.
**Remuneration**:
Starting salary of £23,809.50 plus uncapped commission.
Basic OTE is around £27,500 per year, but with uncapped commission it is expected that remuneration will be higher than this.
