An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced estate agency sales negotiator.

Our clients are a highly-successful property auction house with partnered agents across the region. They are looking for an experienced sales negotiator who can not only advise potential clients of the benefits of a sale by auction but also engender dynamic working relations with their agents to ensure the auction route is a well-considered and consistently-promoted method of sale.

1.Experience of selling property

2.An understanding of the auction operation.

3.Ability to engage with partner agents.

4.Have a proven track record.

5.People management skills.

6.Good diary management and self-motivation skills.

**Hours of work**: 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (late on auction day) and 1 Saturday per month, 9.00am - 1.00pm.

**Benefits**:
1.Good basic salary with generous OTE.
