**Location** : The Garden Furniture Centre, Yew Tree Farm Craft Centre, Wootton Wawen, West Midlands, B95 6BY

**Salary** : From £25,000 depending on experience. Additional benefits of shared commission and company biannual bonus.

**About the Role**:
Winter Hours : 9am-5pm (November-March)

Summer Hours 9am-6pm (April-October)

Weekend availability required

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone. Provide professional and courteous service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Support**: Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage sales documentation. Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer requests.
- **Face-to-Face Communication**: Engage with customers directly in our showroom, demonstrating a personable and professional demeanor.
- **Order Processing**: Accurately enter and track customer orders in the system.
- **Customer Service Management**: Handle customer complaints and queries effectively, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring a prompt resolution.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales orders, and related documentation along with supporting general office administration.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed advice and recommendations to customers.
