Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum 

Location: Henley in Arden

Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Sales Executive with excellent communication skills to join a small team within a well-established business in Warwickshire. The successful Sales Executive will be assisting in the setting up of new customers accounts and responsible for managing key accounts. 

Some UK and overseas travel will also be required periodically. 

Key Duties

  • Managing our existing Key Accounts
  • Calculation and preparation of customer quotations and offers
  • Gathering market and customer intelligence to generate sales opportunities.
  • Development of market and competition analysis
  • Monthly reporting and continuous forecast of the market development
  • Development of marketing strategies of new product and service solutions
  • Management of claims and control of defective products
  • Other administration tasks 
  • Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good self-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Project involvement customised solutions
  • Occasional face-to-face customer meetings

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • A background in the construction, fenestration or engineering sector would be an advantage
  • Experience in a similar role ideally in a technical environment
  • The ability to develop existing clients
  • High social competence and team skills
  • A great sense of self-motivation, ambition, and determination
  • High degree of initiative and responsibility
  • Customer-oriented thinker
  • Reliable, flexible, resilient
  • Full UK driving Licence
