Our Fintech client who are a big name in the payments sector are in need of a Senior Internal Support Engineer to come on board and join the internal support team. You will be the expert for User Support and Microsoft Technology, working alongside otherinternal support engineers to assist in the evolution of support solutions as the business become more cloud focused.

You will play a key part in the technical support that is needed to keep the business running smoothly. Tasks include setting up servers, working with AWS and Citrix, help plan the day with Internal Support Engineers who will be working on JIRA tickets andautomate updates for servers.

Required experience for the Senior Internal Support role:

- 3+ years IT Support experience.
- Microsoft Windows Server 2008-2019 installation, updating and troubleshooting skills.
- Server Administration experience.
- VMWare vSphere knowledge.
- Hands-on Windows desktop support.

Nice to haves for the Senior Internal Support role:

- Knowledge and exposure to Atlassian (JIRA & Confluence)
- Citrix installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- AWS/Cloud exposure.
- Powershell Scripting.

This is a hybrid role, with expectations to be in the Swindon office at least 2 times per week. The salary for the Senior Internal Support role is up to £45,0000 and comes with an excellent range of benefits such as annual bonuses, training opportunities,private health care and 25 days annual leave.
