Role Overview

They are seeking an experienced 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with exceptional stakeholder management capabilities to deliver outstanding service across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, escalating where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in 2nd/3rd line IT support within a corporate environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of Windows, networking, and enterprise systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) are highly desirable.
