Job Description:
Job DescriptionAllied Universal is hiring a Hiring Support Specialist. The Hiring Support Specialist is responsible for supporting a specific Enterprise Account with various hiring duties. The Hiring Support Specialist will support the completion of pre-assignment requirements, collection of required employment documents and certification validations, and, when needed, provide assistance with screening and Interviewing activities to support the operation.

Pay $20.86 Hourly
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with candidates for employment, via phone, and email to ensure proper screening process is completed and documented
- Communicate directly with operations team members to complete candidate readiness for site employment
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure successful outcomes
- Utilize online tools to document activities, provide tracking for hiring process requirements, and provide timely responses
- When required, screen and interview candidates for employment
- Participate in staffing and general meetings, prepared to discuss candidates in process, obstacles faced
- Support on site or virtual hiring events as needed
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative or customer service related experience
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
- Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
- Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Excellent time management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
- Human Resources experience
