C4S Search are working with a leading MSP who are growing their IT Support team due to an increase in sales. They are looking for 1st/2nd/3rd Line Support Engineers who have the passion and drive to be successful.
**About the Role**
Key responsibilities within this role will involve

Technical understanding and experience working with some or all of the following technologies:

- Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Office 365 with an understanding of related apps and service
- Microsoft Windows OS 7, 8, 10
- Microsoft Windows Servers 2012, 2016, 2019
- Exchange 2013, 2019
- Vmware and/or Hyper V
- HP and /or Dell hardware

**About You**
To be successful within this role you will need:

- At least 1-2 years helpdesk experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and work to a high standard of expectations
- Proactively ensure KPIs / SLAs are achieved or exceeded by taking corrective action
- Complete tickets, service requests and cases where appropriate
- Effective management of all support cases throughout the entire lifecycle
- Develop effective working relationships to ensure a consistent, high quality service is delivered
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confident managing expectations
- Highly organised and efficient individual with the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communications skills, including the presentation of complex ideas to a variety of audiences and the production of accurate written documentation
- Ability to present yourself confidently to and influence professionals at all levels of their profession.
- Microsoft (MCP) and / or relevant networking certification would be advantageous
