Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a **Resident Services Officer**for a Local Authority Client based in **West London.**

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, providing exceptional customer service and support on tenancy matters, estate management, and housing services.

**Key Duties**:

- Support estate inspections, fire risk assessments, tenancy signings, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage complaints, Member Enquiries, reception services, and administrative tasks for housing services.
- Oversee estate parking, fob access, Sitex placements, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience in housing management, customer service, and handling resident enquiries.
- Skilled in managing complaints, tenancy matters, estate inspections, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work with residents, colleagues, and partners to deliver high-quality housing support.

**What’s on offer**:
**Salary**: £17+ph

**Contract type**: 3-6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
