**PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
This is a temporary role for the foreseeable future, working Monday to Friday.
As Customer Services Representative you will be offering first-class customer support over the phone, troubleshooting clients’ technical problems and being able to think on your feet.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
Make and receive customer calls and respond to their messages
- Supporting their clients and providers with their questions and troubleshooting technical problems
- Regular liaison with account management team to ensure issues are resolved
- Maintaining KPIs ad identifying system improvement
**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**
Ideally, you will have proven Customer Service experience gained within an office environment.
- Extensive experience liaising with customers on the phone
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills
