Agile Delivery Manager
- Higher Education X2

Agile Delivery Manager X2 with good Agile experience and a delivery focus is needed to work for our Russell Group London University client to work on a student experience and digital infrastructure programme.

The Agile Delivery Manager X2 will focus on two workstreams within improving student experience and digital infrastructure working with multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities. The Agile Delivery Mangers will need to be comfortable working in anambiguous environment to deliver outcomes by supporting, coaching and enabling agile projects and teams to deliver specific product (services), transformations, service improvements.

Agile Delivery Manager
- Higher Education X2- Essential Experience
- Experienced Agile delivery manager with excellent Agile experience and a delivery focus.
- Ability to work wit with multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
- Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
- Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
- Experience in facilitating and organising multi-disciplinary teams
- Good financial management of project budgets and reporting
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders with a tenacious and proactive approach to enable delivery.
- Good knowledge of Jira and other project management tools

Agile Delivery Manager-Higher Education X2- Desirable Experience
- Experience of working on digital infrastructure projects involvement procurement and service management or with a background in these areas.
- Experience of working within Higher Education, on student experience projects or within large complex environment.

1-2 days per week on site working in central London.

Initial 6 month contract with scope to extend.

Pay rate is £500-£ 535.71 per day inside IR35 (There may be some flexibility DOE)
