**Call Handler, Poole, £10.60 per hour**

**Temporary Opportunity, must be immediately available**

As a Call Handler **you will be responsible for**:

- Dealing with **patient enquiries** over the phone, assisting the receptionists where required
- **Inputting all information** into the systems, updating all records accurately
- **Liaising with professionals**, staff, patients, and other external individuals to assist with their queries
- Assisting managers with any tasks as required, **ensuring updates** are given regularly

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous **administration experience**:

- Experience working in a **fast-paced** environment
- Excellent **attention to detail**
