We are currently recruiting for an **Office & Accounts Administrator** to join a company in Leighton Buzzard, the working hours are **8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.**

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Invoice processing, for the equipment on hire. A few weekly invoices with the majority issued monthly.
- Credit control.
- Handling purchase invoices and data input.
- Processing supplier payments.
- Formulating quotations, directed by the Sales Director.
- When a tower crane is installed on site, we have a procedure to follow before and after the installation. We require assistance to ensure all procedures have been met i.e., raising a Hire Agreement, and ensuring it has been signed and returned togetherwith other required documents.
- Issuing Test Certificates for the supplied equipment.
- Ensuring the tower cranes are examined every ten weeks, and independently inspected every 12 months.
- Assist the Sales Director and office manager with ensuring all the procedures are carried out.
- Working to ensure Health and Safety aspects and records are up to date to maintain our accreditation status.
- Helping to carryout weekly payroll.
- Assisting with PAYE.
- Filing VAT Returns.
- Ordering stock not only for the office but for the depot.
- Customer service duties.
- General administration.
- The ability to use Excel spreadsheets.

The accounting system is **Sage 50** so this would be an advantage if the applicants had a basic understanding, and Excel spreadsheets are used daily.

Due to pressure from the sheer volume of work we would ideally like someone to assist with restoring some form of efficiency and order. A methodical, organised person would be ideal.
