**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment, whether in a restaurant, hotel, or food production setting.

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, ensuring customers receive prompt and friendly service.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and company policies, ensuring all health standards are met.
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring quality control and timely service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for customer satisfaction.
- Train new employees on operational procedures, food safety practices, and customer service expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential; willingness to learn is key.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
