**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, keeping records up to date.
- Cross reference delivery notes to invoices and statements and prepare payments.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Prepare VAT payments
- Prepare spreadsheet information for the account to include year end
- Organise and schedule meetings.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Prepare reports.
- Support clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.

**Skills**
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Competence in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and standard office practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
