What you'll do:
You will support Sky’s Digital growth ambitions by driving performance and insight across our acquisition and existing customer digital journeys.- Accountable for shaping, managing and delivering the Digital sales plan, working closely with the value streams to ensure the Digital plan delivers for our business ambitions. KPIs will include Digital share, ARPU growth and net customer growth.- Collaborate within Digital Marketing and eCommerce to ensure that all teams are aligned to deliver a seamless UX journey in conjunction with the value streams. This will incorporate all elements of the funnel, from Digital Marketing through to Merchandising and ultimately into the buy journey.- Work closely with Trading Performance teams to tell the Digital story, presenting in trading meetings the outcome of campaigns detailing the ‘what’, the ‘why’ and most importantly, the ‘so what’ to inform future strategy.- Responsible for the daily and monthly forecasting of orders, demand and conversion for all online channels (web, app and interactive where applicable).- Monitor business performance and formulate optimisation and incremental activity where necessary to deliver targets. Develop a Digital Playbook to understand what levers to pull and expected outcomes as a result.- Lead transformation across Digital Trading to optimise the customer proposition.- Develop, manage and own relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
- Digital expert with a strong track record of delivering eCommerce growth for a D2C brand in a commercial and/or merchandising capacity- Highly analytical and numerate with excellent ability to convert analysis into tangible business actions. Preferably competent in web analytics.- Strong commercial and operational mind set, constantly focussed on delivering value to customers.- Proven team player, demonstrating ability to influence and collaborate frequently at all levels up to MD level.- Proven ability to work at pace, to tight deadlines with high degree of accuracy.**The Rewards**:
