**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Collate vehicle data to assist with vehicle purchases
- Handle postage duties
- Manage Director's diary
- Organise files, documents, and records effectively

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in data entry and using Google Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
