**Salary**:£28,000 pa

This is an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Supervisor to manage Pavilion Club, our event and member only space on the 8th Floor of City Pavilion. Located right next door to Cannon Street mainline and Underground station, City Pavilion forms part of the London office building, Cannon Green, with its dramatic glass atrium and wide range of amenities.

As the Club Supervisor you will attend to our members needs while also welcoming all guests to City Pavilion with a friendly manner with the ultimate customer service expereince. You will assist the City Pavilion Building Manager but your core focus will be running a lively indoor/ outdoor entertainment space.

**What will you be doing?**

You will be the face of Pavilion Club, personally welcoming Pavilion members, ensuring an outstanding experience throughout their time within City Pavilion.

You will be friendly, solve issues efficiently, you will want to go the extra mile and you need to make sure everyone feels good. You will make members feel at home and encourage a friendly, collaborative working environment.

You will need to roll up your sleeves. You’ll drop tools and help out when the call goes out for ‘all hands on deck’ Whether it’s clearing up after an event or simply helping out a member in need, you’re on hand, smiling
