ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of a Supervisor, your key focus will be to:

- ensure that the buffet food and beverage offerings are of the highest standards
- liaise with all hotel departments to ensure great communication and co-operations
- motivate and lead the Langham Club team
- monitor and manage performance of waiting team to ensure guests receive an efficient, highly personalised and anticipatory service
- carry out administrative duties when and if required; i.e. duty rotas, holiday requests, manage sickness/absence
- ensure that all guests’ needs are being dealt with immediately and complaints are handled efficiently
- update and assist in development of training manuals / SOPs for the Langham Club Lounge, deliver on-job training and ensure the consistency of the standards are maintained on each shift

ABOUT YOU
- previous experience in a similar environment
- previous experience of supervising and leading people / teams
- strong interest and passion for food & beverage
- excellent customer service skills; ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
- immaculate personal presentation
