**Spa Concierge**

The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Spa Concierge to join our talented Chuan Body + Soul team. In this role, you will take overall responsibility for providing a welcoming first impression for visitors by maintaining a well run reception area for the spa.
In the role of Spa Concierge, your key focus will be to:

- extend a welcoming experience for our guests and members
- process enquiries / reservations using Concept Spa software
- adhere to the operating procedures of Chuan Body + Soul
- be fully aware of treatment menus and product knowledge
- promote all aspects of Chuan Body + Soul
- ensure billing accuracy
- maintain clear lines of communication within the Spa and hotel in general
- be able to start work at 05:30hrs if scheduled to work the early shift

Do you have?
- previous experience in a similar 5* environment
- warm and welcoming personality
- a conscientious attitude and eye for detail
- the ability to deliver good customer service
- initiative and self-motivation
- confidence to work independently and be resourceful
- excellent telephone manner
- knowledge of MS Office and ideally Spa Concept
- excellent communication skills and a good command of English
- flexibility to work different shift patterns
