**Role**Inside Sales Executive /Account Manager B2B

**Salary**£22k to £26k Depending on Experience. OTE £45k + Uncapped

**Location** Northwich (free on-site parking)

All sales backgrounds will be considered for the role as, attitude, desire and relationship building skills are just as important as your background.

**The Role**
- Building relationships with existing customers to retain, upgrade and upsell on business-critical products.
- Manage existing clients, increasing spend and share of wallet through first class sales and relationship building skills.
- High mix of account management, win-back and new business opportunities.
- Large part of the role will be helping to set appointments for the Field Sales team.
- Achieve and exceed very reasonable targets and KPI’s set.
- To be an ambassador for this market leading brand, carrying forward the quality of interaction that has come to be expected from such a well-respected business.

**Who you are**
- All sales backgrounds considered, ideally from a B2B background.
- Great if you can spot opportunities and develop business whilst managing clients through first class relationships.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Understands the concept and value in pipeline and how to forecast results.
- Ambitious to earn well and grow a long-term career.
- Great if you are passionate about self-development with ongoing training and support being offered to help you really spread your wings within the business.
- Enthusiasm, attitude, and desire to be a first-class sales professional
