**Accounts Assistant**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a fast growing business based in Northwich.

This role requires somebody who seeks variety in their role and is open and is adaptable to helping with other tasks as the role requires.

**Your accountabilities in the role**:

- Experience around inventory valuation and incidental acquisition costs
- Preparatory month-end entries
- Invoice customers
- Booking and paying supplier invoices
- Financial Planning and Cash Flow Forecast
- P&L and Balance Sheet Reporting to Management
- Creating Reports for local Management (Sales, Purchase, Costs, Budget)
- Supporting chartered accountant on monthly and annual work
- Ensure receivables are collected promptly
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Maintain credit limits
- Maintain accounting filing system
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

**What we appreciate about you**:

- Previous experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal, writing and listening skills
- Ability to work in an international team across many different cultures
- Knowledgeable in accounting ERP software - Navision/Microsoft Dynamics desired
- Proficiency with MS Office required
- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferably in a business or accounting discipline
- Quality orientated
- Open minded and think outside the box
