To directly line manage staff and supervise the renal network service across the 4 dialysis units/kidney care centres: MRDU, EDKCC, BRDU and Tottenham Hale Kidney & Diabetes Centre (THKDC). This includes supervising and training the administrative staff based at these units/centres ensuring a high standard of performance in all activities to deliver a high quality of service and oversee the data quality within the area.

The post-holder will identify and undertake changes as required to develop the service and implement new processes. They will deal with day-to-day administration and maintenance issues, liaising with the Assistant Service Manager and escalating appropriately. The post-holder will travel around all units/centres on a regular basis, their main base will be Mary Rankins Dialysis Unit

The post-holder is expected to adhere to the Trust’s policies and procedures and oversee and promote the same for staff that the staff they supervise.

Our department is looking for a new Team Leader for Kidney Care Centres to join the team. This role requires supervision of the Renal network service across the Dialysis units/Kidney care centres (cross site working as and when required).

**Our satellite locations are**:
Tottenham Hale and St Pancras Kidney & Diabetes Centre, Edgware and Barnet Dialysis units. The base site for this position will be Tottenham Hale Kidney And Diabetes Centre and Barnet Dialysis Unit
