NKD Construction is a professional construction company that specialises in both residential and commercial construction, with a key focus on South West and South East London and with a key focus on loft conversions, kitchen side extensions, basement excavations and full-scale refurbishments and renovations, with a history in the building industry that spans over 10 years.
As a company that is hugely growing and with demand outweighing supply, we are in urgent need of an **Office Secretary** to join our team and assist with the administrative and quotation side of our business.
**Duties and responsibilities of a Secretary**
The type of tasks you’ll be expected to help out with include:
- Managing diaries and making appointments
- Booking meetings and site visits
- Preparing and distributing documents for meetings
- Taking minutes
- Dealing with post
- Drafting letters and other documents
- Maintaining filing systems
- Answering the phone and answering queries
- Photocopying and printing
- Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
**Our Preference**:
You’ll need a fantastic ability to multitask and good communications skills to become a Secretary.
We will be looking for people with good personal qualities and who get on well with people.
