This Deputy manager/ short breaks manager role is ideal for someone who has trained in childcare and wants to contribute to a charitable trust supporting children. You’ll be supporting the daily running of the trust, overseeing meetings, bookings and the programof activities. In particular, you’ll supervise the team of short break staff, supporting their induction and training, and ensuring the scheme is ran smoothly.
In exchange for your skills, our client offers:
- A basic salary of up to £24,000
- Blue light card membership.
- 31 days holiday, as well as the ability to work from home where possible.
- Employee Assistance Programme, pension with Royal London and Death in Service benefit.
You’ll be working in a highly supportive environment, where staff support one another and liaise regularly with management to ensure everyone’s needs are being met. In this irreplaceable service to children and their families, you’ll be using your experienceto form the basis of your growth.
The nature of this position means you’ll need to already have a Level 3 or higher, Ofsted recognised childcare qualification and the working week will be Tuesday to Saturday. There is plenty of room for you to learn more in this role, working towards both yourpersonal goals and the essential service provided by this amazing charity.
