We are currently looking for a compassionate and motivated Histology Patient Pathway Officer to join our Pathology Team at Basildon Hospital.

To work within a team of administrative staff within Histopathology, providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Histopathology Department.

To carry out administrative and clerical tasks within the office of Cellular Pathology secretarial team, laboratory team, Consultant Histopathologists and junior doctors.

- Sending out post
- Assisting colleagues within the department with administrative needs.
- Supporting the team with MDT preparation and coordination.
- Monitor requests for material to be sent away
- Completing daily autopsy print runs on the Eden system.
