An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training and Compliance Lead within the Civil Nuclear sector. This to support a critical Project relating to our Programme at Hinckley Point C Nuclear Power Station in Somerset. Our Civil Nuclear Division play a key role in the company’s drive towards greener technologies and the race to Net Zero carbon emissions globally.
The Training and Compliance Lead will be supporting the Site Team in relation to the Installation and Commissioning of the UDGs (Ultimate Diesel Generators) and managing the personnel site onboarding process in accordance with our client requirements. As the Training and Compliance Lead you will be looking after vetting, CITB Cards / industry construction courses, permit to work training, PPE ordering and delivery, alcohol and drugs testing, security access and clearance and all the qualification records

**What you will be doing**:
- Managing personnel training plans and ensuring certification is documented and up to date.
- Ensuring competency assessments / Formal SQEP ing is up to date.
- Be the interface between RRCNUK and training providers.
- Researching required training courses, arranging PO’s for and assisting personnel on training matters.
- Maintaining current training records.
- Responsibility includes making sure that personnel documentation and training is up to date

- Experience in a similar role at a Construction Site
