We’re now looking for a dedicated **Team Leader** to join our growing care team. If you’re an experienced carer ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the ideal role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mentor and support a team of Care Professionals
- Carry out client assessments, reviews, and spot checks
- Deliver training and staff supervision
- Ensure care plans accurately reflect client needs
- Maintain clear and accurate records
- Respond to and escalate concerns appropriately
- Participate in the **on-call rota**:

- Promote a culture of dignity, safety, and respect

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience in a care role** (essential)
- **NVQ Level 2** in Health & Social Care, willing to work towards Level 3
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A genuine passion for high-quality, person-centred care
- A full **UK driving licence** and **access to a vehicle**
