**Salary**: Up to £26,250

**Contract**: Full-Time + On Call Duties (Part-Time contract considered)

**Location**: York and surrounding rural areas

If you're currently an experienced carer or senior carer looking to take your next step then this role is for you. You will be using your expertise to support and develop your own care team with spot checks, 121s, training and mentoring.

**Could you be the Field Care Supervisor in York we’re looking for?**
Like everyone in the Radfield team, our amazing Field Care Supervisors are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people.

In a typical week, you will take responsibility for:

- Supporting, advising and mentoring new and experienced Care Professionals
- Conducting 121s and spot checks with the Care Team
- Ensuring quality of care is delivered to our clients and their loved ones
- Train and induct new Care Professionals to the Radfield team
- Introduce new Care Professionals to clients
- Conducting care visits to clients to provide support and assess their needs
- Auditing and reviewing care notes and Care Professional quality
- Ensuring all care delivered is meeting the needs of the clients and care plans
- Play an integral role in the On Call rota to provide Care Professionals with a supportive guidance and advice

You’re someone who loves working with people and helping their development, outcomes-focused and always looking for ways to enhance quality of care, while working in an environment that’s busy and fluid.

You’ll need to have at least 6 months experience in a similar care role and ideally a Level 3 NVQ (although we can support with this if required). You’ll also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to your own vehicle. The role requires weekend availability and will cover York as well as surrounding rural locations.
