As Ecommerce Customer Service Assistant, based in our London office, you will have experience in providing excellent customer service, be commercially aware & enthusiastic about the brand. You will demonstrate excellent people skills and understand the importance of accurate, timely data input.

The purpose of the role is to provide professional customer service support to online customers dealing with pre-sales, during sales and after-sales enquiries:

- Managing returns and exchanges. This process requires attention to detail to ensure accurate data input, it is a repetitive task which requires efficiency and focus.
- Ensuring that the customer database is consistently kept up to date and accurate notes are recorded within the system of all calls and discussions with customers.
- The role also includes general admin duties as required by the business, involving extensive Word and Excel usage.
- Ongoing review and improvement of processes to achieve maximum impact.

Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Competitive

**Skills**:

- Exceptional customer service/call handling experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Competent IT skills, fully confident in Word, Excel
- Ability to plan, organise and work independently as well as within a team.
- Experience in fashion retail and use of Shopify, Gorgias and FashionE systems would be advantageous but not essential.
