We are recruiting of a fixed term Administrator to join our team for a 6 month period. The role will be within our Global Plastics Support Group based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

In this position you will be responsible for the efficient and effective coordination and execution of administrative tasks. The holder of this position will oversee the tasks required of the Global Plastics Support Group. The goal is to provide support to the team members so that administrative tasks are taken care of to allow the manager and / or team to focus on their key responsibilities and deliverable's.

**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Daily support to the GPG Support Group: regular Ops reporting, control documents & presentation as appropriate
- Receptionist duties for the Team including telephone call handling, post, meeting minutes etc.
- Provide administrative support such as filing and other office duties e.g. photocopying, scanning, and general office responsibilities
- Operate in conformance with the requirements of the quality system and assist in maintaining systems to ensure compliance to ISO 9001,13485 and regulatory IVD requirements including good documentation practises
**Skills & Experience required**:

- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a number of tasks at any one time to meet deadlines
- Have an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
- Be able to work without supervision as well as part of the support team
- Be able to handle confidential information
- Understand the importance of working well as part of a team and be able to positively contribute towards the team environment
- A keenness to learn, and be willing to get stuck in as part of a team
- Have a flexible but professional manner as well as a self-motivated attitude
