**Mortgage Administrator - Stounehouse, GL10**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a Full Time **Mortgage Administrator**to join a well-respected partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm are a high volume Mortgage Advisory business that **operates from the business park in Stonehouse nr Gloucester.**

**The firm are an independent, family run, large new build Mortgage Advisory specialist servicing major housing developers in Wales, the South West, Gloucestershire and the Midlands and are looking to grow their business further with the addition ofanother Mortgage Administrator into the business.**

**Working from home is not available with this position.**

We are ideally looking for a minimum of 1 years recent administration experience.

Competitive salary package of **£20,000** base salary with a bonus opportunity taking the monies to**£22,000 OTE**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
- Book client appointments

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 1 years administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
