UK Power Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our growing team You will be reporting into the Asset Value Manager and will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of databases and registers associated with the claiming of Asset Value.

**Role Responsibilities**
- All Asset Value claims are supported by MPAN / MPRN registers
- Creation and Maintenance of the Asset Value Claim Trackers to ensure:

- The Asset Value Co-Ordinators can process claims as efficiently as possible
- All information is accurate and up to date at all times
- That UKPS project managers can create work instructions using the information populated onto the database and UKPS systems
- Reporting:

- Maintenance of the claims databases (in Excel) to track progress:

- Claim Tracker
- Plots Energised
- Ongoing As Laid Tracker
- Generating Asset Value Invoices as required on a weekly basis
- To support the Asset Value Manager, Asset Value Team Leader and Asset Value CAD Supervisor in other matters that arise from time to time

**About you**
- Previous experience in an Administrative Role
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Strong organisational skills; structured and systematic working practice
- Desire for achieving strong financial control without constraining the business objectives
- Good communication skills
- Able to demonstrate commercial acumen
